Your health coaching sessions typically follow the Health Profile Report & Initial Consultation as a way to provide you with on-going support, progress monitoring, feedback and guidance as you implement changes for improvements to your health and happiness. Coaching sessions can be customized and scheduled at intervals that meet your need for level of support, accountability, encouragement and budget. These sessions can occur in my office, a local cafe' or via a remote venue.
